The Real Estate Finance Web is a real estate investment company (LLC) based out of La Jolla and La Quinta, California.

We buy, sell, lease and renovate single-family homes, small apartments and commercial properties, such as TripleNet deals, in the La Jolla and La Quinta areas. We are looking for a few more individuals who are interested in earning double digit returns on a well secured, insured, and possibly tax deferred investment. What we are referring to is known as Private Lending.

Private Lending is the process of making a loan on a property that is secured by a first or second mortgage. By using Private Lenders it allows our company to buy houses at a large discount. You, the lender, essentially act as our bank. Why don’t we just use traditional banks? Of course we could secure loans with interest rates well below double digits but the problem is the time frame and requirements the banks impose upon us. By strictly using banks we would lose many deals to our competition. That is why we offer our Private Lenders a premium. How much do we offer?

Our Private Lenders earn a minimum of 12% simple interest per year.

We either hold them in our own portfolio or turn around and sell them for a profit within 6-18 months depending on the particular property.
